After graduating from Manchester University in 1998, Jill trained with a small London based practice and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003. She took a career break in 2011 to focus on her family and in 2013 re-entered the profession, when she relocated to the South West, joining a mid-tier regional firm. She started working for Woodward Hale (now Martin and Company) in 2019 and become a partner in 2023.
As a general practitioner she has a diverse portfolio of clients including many owner-managed businesses who operate across a wide range of sectors. She enjoys working closely with her clients to understand what motivates them and help them achieve their personal and business objectives. It is important to her that she is able to provide a personal service which suits her clients’ individual needs.
