Colin joined Shaw Gibbs (previously Harmer Slater) in April 2023 and he has been working in the tax world since 1984 when he started working at HM Revenue and Customs. His career in private practice started a short while later in 1987. This was the start of his career in tax. He deals with a wide variety of private clients, individuals, trusts, estates and partnerships advising on their income tax and capital gains tax liabilities.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys travelling, visiting places of historic interest, walking and spending time with family and his cats.
