Alex specialises in providing non-audited accounts for small and micro sized companies, either to established trading businesses, start-ups, or investment companies looking to manage family wealth. Whether the goal is to shield income within a limited company, or extract as much as possible, Alex can assist in forming tax efficient remuneration strategies.
Alex also has experience auditing, and so can assist clients either in avoiding an audit, or in making the transition to a first audit. Covering companies and charities, he also provides accounts for the audit process, either for a single entity, or for a groups of companies.
With a technical focus, Alex can advise clients on the FRS 105 and 102 accounting standards, as well as the charity and LLP SORPs. Some charities require an independent examination, and for these Alex enjoys guiding trustees through the process. Whatever your personal or business goals, Alex enjoys working towards a shared objective.
