Adam Minks is part-qualified CIMA and has over 20 years of hands-on experience in financial management, having previously run his own business and worked with clients across a wide range of industry sectors, including retail, logistics, recruitment and property.
Adam specialises in process improvement and driving efficiency and is pivotal in the project management of software implementation, undertaking system audits and performing financial reviews.
When not at work, Adam enjoys spending time with his young family, playing golf and cycling when he is allowed to! He is usually happiest when planning the next family holiday.
