Shaw Gibbs are now listed as the 84th largest accountancy practice in the UK, an increase of 10 places since 2018.

The Accountancy Age Top 50 + 50 table ranks the top 100 accountancy practices by total UK fee income for the last financial year. Shaw Gibbs are now listed as the 84th largest accountancy practice in the UK, an increase of 10 places since 2018.

“We are thrilled to have climbed 10 places in the Top 50 + 50 table. Having made a number of strategic hires over the last few years and committed to our long-term growth plans, our focus and drive is strong. 

 

 

We have welcomed Pearson Buchholz to our practice which has meant that we have an increased focus on our HR strategy in order to attract and retain the right calibre of people. We have also invested into our working environment to ensure we are providing the best possible IT infrastructure and a dynamic and engaging environment to work in. 

 

 

 

Whilst all of our teams are thriving, we have seen significant growth in our London office. This is from both existing client growth and new business, a large proportion of the new work coming from the network of referrers we have been developing since we began to operate in London in 2016. 

 

 

 

Clients with international interests and overseas owned companies setting up business in the UK continue to be key drivers for us. The inbound market in particular has helped lead us to implementing some structural changes which will be announced in due course”
