outside of the Board, whether this is a formal arrangement
with your accountant or a group of peers who you can
share ideas and bring a diversified experience to the table.
Don’t rush into a formal agreement, talk to previous clients
or contacts and make sure that specific goals are agreed
at the outset of the work.
As the owner of an established business, you need more
than just an accountant. You need a partner who can
identify and explore the needs of your business and you
as an individual, collaborating closely with you and other
experts to address challenges, capitalise on opportunities
and secure personal and business success.
